PAYMENT

Domestic Customers

We accept credit cards (Visa/Mastercard, AMEX and Discover) via Paypal. We also accept secured checks, money orders and personal or company checks. However, unless you are a regular customer, unsecured checks must clear before shipping.

Overseas Customers

Many of you will have no problem using our checkout system, and making payments using PayPal. Others may have some difficulty in doing so, especially if you do not have a PayPal account already established.

In this case we suggest you use a very high quality British service called Moneybookers (http://www.moneybookers.com). It is free to register, easy to use, and extremely secure.

We are working on a better solution that will allow us to process credit cards directly, and will keep you informed of our progress.

SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping

Our normal shipping method is Priority Mail Insured, the cost for which is $8.00 for any number of pipes. Heavier items like humidors will be proportionately more expensive, and we will bill you accordingly.

Expedited shipping (Express Mail, FedEx, UPS) is available at additional cost.

International Shipping

Our normal international shipping method is Global Priority Mail, which is available to most countries. The cost is $12.00 for any number of pipes and more for heavier items. While this method has proven very reliable, it does not have tracking or insurance available, and we cannot guarantee delivery. However, because no declared value is required, you are unlikely to be charged duties or taxes.

We can also use Global Express Mail, the cost for which is $23.00 for any number of pipes. This is faster, has tracking and insurance, but may require payment of duties and taxes.

To those countries which do not have Priority Mail available, including Italy, we use International Airmail, which as the same price as Global Priority Mail. Normally, we do not offer tracking or insurance, and there may be duties or taxes to pay. If you require tracking or insurance, we recommend Express Mail as above, which is available to all countries.
