Man o man what a great rendering of this great shape we have here. This pipe was crafted between 1936 & 1955. Judging by the size of the metal stinger housing on the shank I'm going to hazard a guess that this pipe is either just pre- or just post-war, all forms if metal having been put to more important use between 1940-1945. The left side of this pipe features a perfectly even, very well defined cross-hatched blast.
Group 3-4 caoacity 5.5" x 1.75"
If you are a serious Kaywoodie collector this pipe deserves your serious consideration.
